The Thera-Be Konstantinos Vassiliou Center for Special Therapies began its operation in 2014 as the “Constantinos S. Vassiliou Speech Therapy Center”. It acquired the current version of its name at the beginning of 2019, expanding the nature of its services and offering additional Occupational Therapy and Special Education services. Today it is staffed by experienced scientists with university education, postgraduate studies, experience in special education and continuing training. The interdisciplinary team consists of Speech-Language Therapists, Special Educators and Occupational Therapists specializing in children and adults.The center’s activity covers the areas of prevention, assessment and therapeutic rehabilitation of disorders of speech, speech, communication, feeding, swallowing, movement, sensory processing and wider functionality in infants, children and adults. Both the space and the therapeutic programs are modern and personalized to each difficulty, while all members of the family become partners and fellow travelers of the evolution.
